What API integration is, and what it costs.

API integration is connecting two or more software systems so they share data automatically, instead of someone copying it between them by hand. An API is the doorway a system opens for other software to read and write its data. Gigmoz Solutions builds integrations from Powai, Mumbai for businesses across Mumbai, Pune and India.

Integration work is quoted after a free review of your systems, because the cost depends entirely on how good the APIs are. As a guide, it sits inside our software bands starting at ₹2,50,000 for a meaningful build, with simple single-connection work costing less. Third-party subscription and usage fees are always listed separately, never marked up. See the pricing page for the full picture.

Systems in context

The detail is in the everyday.

Good software brings separate tasks into one clear flow. From the interface to the connections behind it, every decision should make someone’s work easier.

Make your systems work together.

Disconnected tools create repeat work. We connect your existing systems so information can move between them with fewer manual steps and clearer ownership.

Each integration begins with a review of the APIs and permissions available. Where a system has limitations, we explain the options before you commit to a build.

Connections with a practical purpose.

  • CRM and lead capture Send website enquiries to the right place with the fields your team needs.
  • Commerce and operations Connect supported store, inventory, order, and fulfilment workflows.
  • Reporting Bring agreed data sources together for useful dashboards and scheduled reports.
  • Workflow automation Coordinate notifications, approvals, and handoffs across your tools.
  • Reliability Handle validation, retries, duplicate events, and failure notifications.
  • Documentation Record the data mapping, setup, credentials ownership, and support process.

From manual work to a connected workflow.

Map the workflow

We identify the systems, data owners, and manual steps. Together we agree what should sync, in which direction, and when.

Design the connection

We review API access, permissions, data formats, rate limits, and failure handling before building.

Build and validate

We implement and test against agreed sample data, including duplicate events, failed requests, and retries.

Launch and hand over

We document the integration, define monitoring and support responsibilities, and help your team use the new workflow.

Scope depends on the systems.

The number of systems, API quality, data volume, and support requirements determine the investment. Share the tools you use and the workflow you want to improve; we will review the dependencies and prepare a written scope.

Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are identified separately. See our software pricing guide for broader project bands.

Let's shape your scope.

Let's talk

Built for the handover, too.

We agree who manages access, who receives failure alerts, and what happens when an external API changes. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance can be scoped alongside the initial build.

For a larger operational change, explore custom software development or mobile applications.

What businesses ask before an integration.

How much does an API integration cost in India?

It depends on how many systems are involved and how well documented their APIs are. A single well-supported connection is a small project; a multi-system sync with reconciliation sits inside our software bands from ₹2,50,000. We review your systems and give a written scope before you commit anything.

What if the software I use has no API?

Then we tell you before you spend money. Some systems expose no API, or one too limited to be reliable. The honest options are usually a scheduled file exchange, a middleware tool like Zapier or Make, or replacing the system. We will not build a scraper against a system that does not want to be integrated — it breaks without warning.

What happens when an external API changes?

Every integration ships with failure alerting, so you find out before your customers do. We agree upfront who receives those alerts. Vendors do change and deprecate APIs, which is why ongoing monitoring can be scoped alongside the build rather than discovered later.

Can you connect my website to my CRM?

Yes — that is the most common request we get. Website enquiries land in the CRM with the right fields, assigned to the right person, with no re-typing. We handle validation, duplicate detection and retries so nothing silently disappears.

Do I need custom code, or will Zapier do?

If a no-code tool solves it, use the no-code tool and we will say so. Custom work earns its cost when you need reliability guarantees, complex data mapping, high volume, or logic the no-code tool cannot express. Anything simpler is usually cheaper to run on a subscription.

Who owns the integration code?

You do. Full IP transfer on final payment, plus documentation of how it works and who holds which credentials. You are never locked to us for maintenance.
