This notice describes the current Gigmoz website. It does not replace a separate privacy notice or agreement for a client project. For questions or a request about information you have shared with us, contact work@gigmoz.com.
Information you choose to send
The contact form on this site opens an email draft in your own mail app. The website does not submit that form to a Gigmoz database. If you send the email, we receive the details you include, such as your name, contact information and project brief. We use them to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in a brief.
Website operation
The current site stores a motion preference in your browser session so you can pause animations. It does not currently include an advertising pixel or analytics script. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. Hosting logs and retention depend on the production provider's configuration.
Who handles information
An enquiry you email is handled through your email provider and ours. We may share project information with people involved in assessing or delivering the work, subject to the terms agreed for that engagement. We do not sell information submitted through this website. Links to external sites, including live client projects, lead to sites with their own policies.
Your choices
You can use the site without sending an enquiry. To ask what enquiry information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email work@gigmoz.com. We will assess the request against any applicable legal or contractual retention obligations.
