- Within one business day – a real reply from someone who read the brief, with any questions we need answered to scope it.
- A thirty-minute scoping call – phone, video or in person at our Powai studio. No pitch deck. We are working out what the project needs and whether we are the right fit.
- Within three working days – a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed price wherever the scope allows.
- If it is not a fit – we say so and point you somewhere better. That happens a few times a year and costs nothing.
